Pil-ah-Teez Minimize

Developed in the 1920s by Joseph Hubertus Pilates, the Pilates Method of exercise is a unique set of principles and movements that dramatically improve strength, flexibility, posture and co-ordination. Pilates is an integrated exercise routine that focuses on alignment, core strength, stability and breathing.

Pilates Mat I Minimize

Pilates on the mat utilises your body resistance to create a free-flowing sequence of Pilates moves; connects the core, slims the torso and stream-lines physique with long, lean muscles. Three levels of Pilates breathing focus on postural alignment, core strength, stability and total energisation!

*10 Sessions $165    *Casual Session $20  *Each Session 1hr.

Core Conditioning Minimize

Pilates has been practised for decades by many dancers and professional athletes needing to increase flexibility and physical strength. Since Joseph Pilate's passing in 1967, the Pilates Method of excercise has steadily grown in popularity with an ever increasing number of participants. Now more than ever before, Pilates remains the number one choice of excercise and core conditioning for celebrities, professionals and the general public alike.

Equipment Circuit Minimize

The Pilates Equipment Circuit is a 1 hour full body workout that uses spring loaded resitance to develop strong, lean muscles. Before joining the Pilates Circuit you must take a one-on-one introductory/postural assessment to familiarise yourself with the apparatus excercises; the instructor honing in on your postural needs and strengths. We create your own personal spring resistance chart to suit your level of strength and fitness, ensuring your workout is safe, effective and really enjoyable. Suitable for beginners through to advanced levels.

*5 session introductory course: $135 *10 session block: $240

Postural Assesment Minimize

A one-on-one postural assessment/introducory is an essential pre-requisite for equipment use. This assists in assessing posture, strength and weakness, co-ordination, balance, overall health, restrictions and injuries. We then tailor a program specific to your individual requirements, one that is continually assessed and adjusted to suit you as your abilities and needs change. To get started, email/call Harvey on front desk and book your one-on-one, you'll wonder why you waited so long!

*1 hour Postural Assessment/Intro $60
