Our instructors personalise your Pilates Mat routine to create your own home program for daily practice. The program evolves and changes according to your needs and ensures you will never be without a means to keep fit & flexible! Many of the busy professionals that attend Onepoint have utilised their Pilates Mat program while away on business or pleasure; practising in hotels, parks, on the beach and even in busy airports!

We also run separate Pilates Mat classes on demand. We specialise in providing for the corporate sector with excellent Pilates-based healthy lifestyle programs available across the CBD.
Core Conditioning Minimize

Pilates has been practised for decades by many dancers and professional athletes needing to increase flexibility and physical strength. Since Joseph Pilate's passing in 1967, the Pilates Method of excercise has steadily grown in popularity with an ever increasing number of participants. Now more than ever before, Pilates remains the number one choice of excercise and core conditioning for celebrities, professionals and the general public alike.

Equipment Circuit Minimize

The Pilates Equipment Circuit is a 1 hour full body workout that uses spring loaded resitance to develop strong, lean muscles. Before joining the Pilates Circuit you must take a one-on-one introductory/postural assessment to familiarise yourself with the apparatus excercises; the instructor honing in on your postural needs and strengths. We create your own personal spring resistance chart to suit your level of strength and fitness, ensuring your workout is safe, effective and really enjoyable. Suitable for beginners through to advanced levels.

Postural Assessment Minimize

A one-on-one postural assessment/introducory is an essential pre-requisite for equipment use. This assists in assessing posture, strength and weakness, co-ordination, balance, overall health, restrictions and injuries. We then tailor a program specific to your individual requirements, adjusting it to suit you as your abilities and needs change.
