Onepoint Yoga is in the traditional Hatha style, inspired by the works of B.K.S Iyengar and the ancient scriptures of Patanjali. Anne Evans is your principal Yoga teacher with over 20 years of Yoga teaching experience. All Yoga classes are personally overseen by Anne and taught by one of our qualified Yoga teachers; Judy Keen, Astrid Von Aesch, Vanessa Krivickas.
Yoga releases & strengthens all organs, muscles, glands and nerves of the body. Deep stretching and toning improves overall strength and flexibility. We increase endurance on all levels, stabilising asana/posture. Correct breathing further relaxes and balances posture; energy is absorbed via onepointed awareness/yoga nidra.
Onepoint Yoga complements all forms of excercise and sport, improving concentration as well as overall fitness and athleticism. To practise Onepoint Yoga is to "Know Thy Self"
